Pauli has over 25 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry including cellular network elements and mobile devices. His main areas of interest are focused on the research and development of real time SW systems. His expertise is in the development of robust and highly constrained products and platforms that enter extremely high volume production. Prior to becoming CEO of PollenTech, Pauli held senior roles in many international and multicultural companies including Nokia, Accenture, Renesas and Broadcom.
Marko has 20+ years of experience in different roles working on mobile devices and embedded SW development at international companies including Nokia and Microsoft. Prior to becoming CTO of PollenTech, Marko has been involved in multiple roles related to embedded SW design. He has defined architectures, developed SW requirements and processes as well as having been directly involved in every aspect of software development, integration, testing and verification Marko has broad experience ranging from the lowest levels of SW including the physical layer all the way to the applications and various different connectivity technologies. In these roles Marko has been deeply involved in defining, developing and managing the vital parts of SW platforms used for many of the world's most successful mobile devices.
